Glacier Express & Matterhorn Escape

This is Switzerland's showpiece journey, done properly. You'll base yourself in Zermatt, right beneath the Matterhorn's unmistakable pyramid peak, before boarding the Glacier Express for its legendary route through Brig and on toward St. Moritz — panoramic windows, high alpine passes, and some of the most photographed railway scenery in the world sliding past for hours at a time. Three nights split between mountain village and glamorous alpine resort, with one of the world's great train journeys stitching it all together.
